cyclone hat

The knits are coming thick & fast at the moment!

Well, lets not get carried away but amazing what a bit of chilly weather will do to speed up the clickety click of the sticks.

This here is the whirly swirly Hurricane Hat pattern  by Andrea Goutier  fittingly renamed to Cyclone Hat  in this household due to the hemisphere we reside in ;)

Such a fun knit & the twitcher was happy & warm!

Christened on a bright but chilly day  in the rainforest on a recent trip to Tamborine Mountain.

My notes, yarn used etc all over in Rav.

& not to be left out, I’ll hopefully be  casting on a hat for myself this weekend :) Yay! What crafty shenanigans have you got planned for the weekend?

I love that pattern!! Yours turned out perfect! I definitely think you should knit up another for yourself =D
I think this weekend I’m going to stitch up some new cafe curtains for our kitchen =D

Looks great. Different to the “normal” way hats look like. Very cool.

Lovely hat – definitely need them in NZ at present. I have made a little zippy pouch to attach to a key ring and lemon and grapefruit curd.
