I made a little sampler recently for my dear friend, blogless Kellie, who loves pink & green, sparkly things & pretty things - she adores fabric & roses & is partial to a cupcake – she has flamingos in her garden & enjoys meeting for coffee in ‘Paris’.
A personal little gift to hang in the sewing room, stitched on linen & stretched over a canvas. This was so much fun to make & I enjoyed rummaging through vintage buttons, seeking out little charms & delving into the pink & green scraps to seek out snippets I knew my friend loved.
Each square is approx 1 1/2″.
& then just the other day I had a fun time helping Kellie ice gingerbread hearts for her daughters wedding …..I’m sure she won’t mind me sharing a photo :) (thanks Kellie x) – they are too adorable not to share!
We found lots of inspirations for these all over Pinterest & Google :)
